Our sale dates are now set for 2023 with sales every 6 weeks. Sale to be held at Stanhope Hall, Boston Road, Horncastle, albeit following the same system as we do currently with online and in person bidding. NB: no physical lots will be onsite.

We at Robert Bell & Company were proud to support the recent 2022 Disability Games, organised by the Rotary Club, and are looking forward to getting involved again in 2023.

The District 1070 Disability Games were held on Sunday 24th April 2022 at Lincoln's beautiful Lincoln Christ's Hospital School (educating in Lincoln since 1090). Disabled competitors of all ages took part in archery, darts, kurling, table tennis, weightlifting, boccia, swimming, wheelchair slalom, and wheelchair dash. Unfortunately the shooting had to be cancelled for technical reasons, but the organisers quickly replaced it with basketball hoop shooting. This proved immensely popular, so it will definitely feature in next year's Games...

We've only gone and done it again! For the second year in a row, the British Property Awards have handed our Lettings team the Gold certification for Lincoln (North) agents. An immensely proud Sharon Kirk , head of Residential Lettings, toasts the good news:
