My word, we are busy! A very hectic start to a new reopened housing market.
Over the lockdown, we carried out a surprisingly large number of Virtual Valuations, continued to take on homes for sale, drawing an excellent levels of inquires through our online marketing, carried out video and live Virtual Viewings and built registers of interest and requests for viewings for clients homes, giving them the best possible start in finding a buyer and concluding a sale now the market has been reopened.
We are now very busy carrying out ‘full Valuation Inspections and Viewings’ in accordance with government guidance as our customer’s health and safety is a primary concern.
Our offices are open between 10 am to 12 noon Monday to Friday, with visits outside these hours by appointment only.
